1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Minda Mental Health ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Minda Mental Health is a multilingual mental health support application that provides:

The App is provided as a free service with a daily message limit. Premium subscriptions are available for unlimited access.

3. Not a Medical Service

3.1 No Medical Advice

The App is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Minda is a supportive companion, not a licensed medical professional.

3.2 No Diagnosis

The App does not provide medical diagnoses, mental health diagnoses, or medication recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.

3.3 Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or thoughts of suicide, do not rely on this App. Contact your local emergency services or crisis hotline immediately.

4. AI Service Disclosure

The App uses third-party AI services (OpenRouter) to generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or helpful. You are responsible for evaluating any advice or suggestions provided by the App.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

7. Data and Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App (chat messages, mood entries, thought records).

7.2 Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen. This action is irreversible.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, content library, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 As-Is Basis

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Subscriptions

Minda offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following terms:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). No price increase without prior notice. Subscriptions may be offered with a free trial — any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This App is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this App, you agree to the terms of the Standard EULA.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany and the Netherlands.
